Just open the app, select “Start New Incident” and fill in the applicable fields (Incident Name, Incident Type, Date/Time, Witnesses, Type of Injury/Illness, Treatment, etc.) and upload photos and submit. The Incident Report is created and delivered in PDF via email directly from your device in real-time!
